01How soon can I join after enquiring?
Once you confirm enrolment and payment, you're added to the next batch — usually starting within 1–3 weeks. We run batches for every course every 4–6 weeks. You can also book a demo first and enrol after.
02Can I visit the office before enrolling?
Yes — walk-ins are welcome Mon–Fri 10AM–6PM. Call ahead and we'll make sure a counsellor is free to sit with you. Most students prefer the free demo first (online), then visit if needed.
03Do you offer EMI or payment plans?
Yes — we offer 3, 6, and 12-month no-cost EMI via Razorpay on all courses. There's no interest charge. You can also pay in 2 installments for any course priced above ₹5,000. Contact admissions for the exact options.
04I missed a session — can I get the recording?
Yes. All sessions are recorded and uploaded to the student portal within 4 hours. You'll have lifetime access. Missed sessions are never penalised — life happens, and we build for that.
05Is there a refund policy?
Yes — 100% refund if you attend the first session and decide it's not the right fit. After the first session, refunds are prorated based on sessions attended. No questions asked within the first session.
06I represent a company — do you offer group training?
